At Glimsy ("we," "our," or "us"), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the "App") and our website (the "Site").

A. Information We Collect

• Personal Information (Authenticated Users): If you register or log in using Firebase Auth (email/password or Google Sign-In), we collect your name, email address, and profile picture.
• User-Uploaded Media (AI Try-On): To provide the virtual try-on (VTON) feature, we collect the photos of yourself (selfies) that you upload. These photos are uploaded to Firebase Storage and processed by our third-party AI processing servers to render the garment onto your image.
• Preferences and Body Data: We store configuration settings you provide during onboarding or in settings (such as height, weight, body shape, body frame, gender representation, preferred aesthetics, budget, and favorite colors/brands). This data is stored locally and synced to your cloud profile to customize your swipe feed.
• Usage Data & Analytics: We collect anonymous/pseudonymous data about your interactions in the App using Mixpanel and Posthog, including swipes (likes/skips), try-on attempts, clicks on affiliate links, and payment actions. This helps us optimize feed recommendations.
• Payment Information: When you purchase credits for AI Try-On, payments are processed by our third-party payment gateway, Razorpay. We do not store your full card details or bank credentials; we only receive transaction status and reference IDs.

B. How We Use Your Information

• To personalize your clothing feed based on style/body preferences.
• To generate Virtual Try-On images using your uploaded photos.
• To track affiliate redirections and resolve payment transactions.
• To monitor app stability, perform diagnostic analysis, and prevent abuse.

C. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the App:

• Firebase (Google): For hosting, database (Firestore), user authentication, and photo storage.
• AI Inference Hosts: To process your photo and the garment photo to generate the virtual try-on.
• Mixpanel & Posthog: To collect and visualize product analytics.
• Razorpay: To securely process payments.
• Affiliate Merchants: When you click "Buy", you are redirected to third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Myntra) using affiliate links. They track referrals through cookies and tags.

D. Data Retention and Deletion

• Selfie Photos: Uploaded selfies and generated VTON images are stored securely. You can delete your uploaded photos or request account deletion directly from the settings panel, which will purge your stored media and account details from our database.
• Analytics Logs: Kept in accordance with our analytics providers' terms.

E. Your Rights (India-focused)
